Pakistan Stages Stunning Comeback to Beat France 3-3 (4-2 Shootout)

Pakistan staged a remarkable comeback after being 2 goals down against France in the FIH Nations Cup semi-final, levelling the score at 3-3 by full time. They then triumphed in the penalty shootout 4-2 to secure their place in the final.
The match was intense and closely contested. France initially took a 2-0 lead with goals from Xavier Esmenjaud and Victory Charlet. Pakistan responded with three goals within five minutes, including one from Afraz assisted by Rana Waheed Ashraf, to lead 3-2 going into the final quarter.
France managed to equalise, pushing the game to a shootout.
In the shootout, Pakistan goalkeeper Muneeb Ur-Rehman played a crucial role by blocking three French attempts, while Pakistan converted four of their chances to win the shootout 4-2.
This victory advances Pakistan to the FIH Nations Cup final, where they will face either New Zealand or Korea.
