Pakistani cueist Mohammad Bilal passes away aged 38 from cardiac arrest

The two-time National Snooker champion was laid to rest in his hometown Mandi Bahauddin.

Pakistani cueist Mohammad Bilal passed away aged 28 after suffering a cardiac arrest!

Pakistan Billiards and Snooker Federation (PBSF) confirmed the news of Bilal’s demise on Saturday.

According to PBSA, the cueist suffered a cardiac arrest last night when he was in his hometown Mandi Bahauddin.

The funeral prayer of two-time National Snooker champion Muhammad Bilal was offered after Namaz e Zuhr today at his hometown.

“We are saddened by the passing away of Bilal,” PBSF’s chairman Alamgir Khan mourned the loss of the talented snooker player in a statement issued to announce the demise.

“He served Pakistan with pride and honor and won many titles for the country. In this tough time, we are standing with his family,” he added.

Mohammad Bilal was an Asian Tour 10 Reds champion and also the winner at International Billiards and Snooker Federation (IBSF) World Team Cup in 2019.

He won two gold medals in the Asian Confederation of Billiard Sports (ACBS) Asian Tour 2018 and International Billiards and Snooker Federation (IBSF) World Team Cup 2019 in Doha, Qatar.

He also won four silver medals and six bronze medals in the Asian & World Snooker Championships.
