PCB sacks selectors Wahab Riaz and Abdul Razzaq
The development comes as PCB Chairman Mohsin Naqvi had promised major changes in the wake of the men's team’s poor performance at the T20 World Cup.

The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) sacked selectors Wahab Riaz and Abdul Razzaq on Wednesday following the team’s disappointing T20 World Cup campaign.
“The Pakistan Cricket Board has notified Abdul Razzaq and Wahab Riaz that their services will no longer be required in the national selection committee set-up,” the PCB said in a statement.
However, Mohammad Yousuf, Asad Shafiq and Bilal Asif are still part of the seven-member panel which also includes the captain and head coach, according to the news source.
Meanwhile, Mansoor Rana has been removed from the post of manager as per the news source.

A day earlier, the PCB chief chaired two important meetings. In the first meeting, he met with Pakistan’s white-ball coach Gary Kirsten and red-ball coach Jason Gillespie to discuss important matters.
As reported a decision was taken to formulate a comprehensive plan to improve the batting, bowling and fielding of the Pakistan cricket team, during the meeting.
