India will lock horns with England n the second semi-final at the Adelaide Oval on November 10.

The T20 World Cup semi-finals are locked in!

Pakistan will face New Zealand in the semi-finals of the T20 World Cup 2022 on November 9, after India beat Zimbabwe by 71 runs in their last T20 World Cup 2022 Super 12 clash at the Melbourne Cricket Ground (MCG) on Sunday.

While in the second semi-final of the mega event India will lock horns with England at the Adelaide Oval on Thursday, November 10.

Pakistan miraculously secured a spot in the semis after the Netherlands surprisingly beat South Africa earlier on Sunday, the green shirts needed to beat Bangladesh.

The Green team beat Bangladesh by five wickets at the Adelaide Oval, booking their spot in the last four of the event.

Sunday became the most happening day for the T20 World Cup as group matches concluded setting out the top point holders among Groups 1 and 2 to the Semi-Finals of the much-anticipated cricket event.

Pakistan was on a level with six points, while South Africa had finished with five, however, the Netherlands lit up the final day of Group 2 action when they dashed South Africa’s semi-final hopes by pulling off a huge upset against Temba Bavuma’s team.

Both Pakistan and Bangladesh were leveled on four points and needed the Dutch victory to infuse power in their bid for a semis spot and now play a virtual quarter-final.

The Netherlands pulled off a shock 13-run win in Adelaide and ensured India a semi-final spot in Group 2.
