Imran Khan is inarguably the greatest cricketer and skipper to emerge from Sub Continent.
Kohli deserves lots of respect but it is unfair to pitch him against the original King Khan.#PakistanShocksIndia pic.twitter.com/wARPSAcmsi
The poll’s result is perhaps being regarded as India’s loss and Khan’s victory leaving Pakistani Twitterati jubilant.
As soon as the poll result was declared, #PakistanshocksIndia started trending top on Twitter along with hashtags #CongratsPMIK, #EmergingPakistanWithPMIK, and led to a flood of memes as well, with Imran Khan and Virat Kohli mentioned.
Indian skipper Virat Kohli stood second on the list with just a small difference of 1.1% votes between him and Khan. However, many came out claiming that Kholi’s votes were cast by a number of fake accounts.
