The Rustam Pakistan Dangal was organized by Pakistan Wrestling Federation (PWF) at Punjab Football Stadium Lahore.
Zaman Anwar AKA as Jani Pehlwan of Gujranwala defeated Asif Mochi of Bahawalpur in a 33-minute-long tough contest.
The match between the two giants remained tied after wrestling for half an hour and the winner was decided on points.
The winner was awarded a prize of Rs 10 lakh while the runner-up was awarded a prize of Rs 5 lakh.
Lahore Wrestling Association president Maher Akram aka Kala Pahlwan, senior vice president Arshad Sattar and Fareed Ali Pahlwan supervised the dangal.
The Rustam Pakistan Dangal was organized by Pakistan Wrestling Federation (PWF).
Pakistan’s leading wrestlers competed for the premier traditional Desi Wrestling title of Pakistan.
