Google, YouTube, Gmail and other related services face major outage

Internet users face difficulty as Gmail and other Google services have stopped working in multiple countries due to a major outage faced by the technology giant.

Downtime site indicators are showing big spikes for the services dropping starting from around 11.30 AM UK time.

Gmail, YouTube, and Google Docs are all experiencing outages, with dozens, even hundreds, of reports emerging seen from across Europe, the US, India, South Africa, Pakistan, and more.

“Temporary Error” message greets Gmail users.

The message stated: “We’re sorry, but your account is temporarily unavailable. We apologise for the inconvenience and suggest trying again in a few minutes. You can view the G Suite Status Dashboard for the current status of the service.”

YouTube, which is also owned by Google, was also reportedly down on Monday morning around the world.

More to follow.
