Dating Show for Japanese Billionaire Receives 20,000 Applications
Japanese billionaire Yusaku Maezawa who is the first private passenger onboard Elon Musk’s SpaceX – moon voyage – is currently looking for a ‘life partner’ to accompany him on the journey.
For the purpose, AbemaTV has launched a reality dating show Full Moon Lovers in which Yusaku will be searching for a potential girlfriend.
As per the channel, the dating show has received more than 20,000 applications of girls from all over the country. The girls, who fill a compatibility test online, will be shortlisted to then participate in the show. Out of the shortlisted, Yusaku will be making the final choice.
Full Moon Lovers is one of the many dating and reality shows AbemaTV is offering to attract online audiences. The show has garnered a lot of praise and is widely popular among young Japanese girls.
Maezawa, who has 3 children from 2 previous girlfriends, shared:
“As feelings of loneliness and emptiness slowly begin to surge upon me, there’s one thing that I think about: Continuing to love one woman.”
The upcoming lunar trip is scheduled for 2023.
