Third installment of Annabelle movie announced!

The creepy porcelain doll Annabelle will be back in its third sequel. Though the name is not finalized yet, it is reported that the film will be coming out 2019. Details are being kept secret, but the story will once again focus on the porcelain doll that is possessed by a demonic force.

Gary Dauberman will be writing the script of the upcoming script as he has been writer of all its earlier sequels, Annabelle: Creation, Annabelle, and the upcoming Conjuring spin off, The Nun and will also be making his directorial debut.

Dauberman has been a major player in the Conjuring universe. In 2014 Annabelle grossed 257 million dollars and in 2017 Annabelle: Creation 306.5 million dollars worldwide on 5 million dollar and 15 million dollar budgets, respectively. New Line Cinema continues to build on the Conjuring Universe.

There is a span of 12 years in between into which the movie could fell or it could jump ahead to the late 70’s, with the doll still locked away at the Warrens’s house. We have to wait about a year for this third haunted doll movie to hit the theaters.

Mean while the next Conjuring spin off The Nun, which is also written by Dauberman is going to release on September 7, 2018.
