Kajol is taking a break from social media, announces in a cryptic message on Friday.
The Bollywood actress who will be soon seen in Netflix’s web series Lust Stories 2, took to Instagram and Twitter and shared that she is going off social media.
Kajol, who was quite active with fans on social media, just has one post on Instagram, which reads: “Facing one of the toughest trials of my life.”
She wrote the caption: “Taking a break from social media.”
All her posts have been deleted from her Instagram handle feed.
It is not known why she is taking a break.
The same post was shared in a tweet.
Many of her fans believe that this is part of a promotional strategy for her upcoming project ‘The Good Wife’.
However, many even showed support for the actress.
