On Wednesday, Aijaz Alam took to social media to share the news with his fans and followers and requested prayers for the departed soul.
“My beloved father passed away last night, I lost my best friend my strength, please recite Surah Fateha for the departed soul,” he tweeted.
A day earlier, popular host Fakhr e Alam in a social media post had announced the death of his friend’s father.
