The Pakistan leg of PSL 4 is going on in full swing. Nail biting matches with surprising outcomes, there’s so much going on in Karachi these days.
However, there’s one player, who, along with playing to the best of his abilities is exploring Karachi too. The Peshawar Zalmi captain, Daren Sammy is busy touring around Karachi, the city of lights.. The captain recently visited Quaid e Azam’s tomb and paid homage to the founder of Pakistan. However, it was not Sammy visiting Quaid’s tomb in shalwar kameez but his kind and respectful tribute to Mohammad Ali Jinnah that made Pakistanis fall in love with Sammy, a little more than they already do.
“What an amazing experience I had visiting the Tomb of the legend Mohammad Ali Jinnah. Faith, Unity, Discipline and add love to it will make the world a better place,” wrote Sammy on his Twitter.
Sammy also shared how inspired he was by Mohammad Ali Jinnah’s message of humanity and that he considered it an honor to have visited his tomb.
Pakistanis appreciated Sammy’s gesture and took to Twitter to praise the Zalmi captain;
