After he performed at an event in Karachi, the All India Cine Workers Association (AICWA) has now banned Mika Singh from working in India, forever.
According to the Federation Of Western India Cine Employees (FWICE), the mother body that governs 24 crafts of filmmaking, Mika has been banned from any sort of performance, playback singing and also acting in India, forever.
“Federation of Western India Cine Employees: We are deeply pained & anguished by the performance of singer Mika Singh alias Amrik Singh at the wedding of former President of Pakistan Pervez Musharraf’s cousin’s daughter in Karachi, Pakistan,” wrote FWICE on their Twitter.
FWICE also appealed to the production houses, music director, event managers, all India radio, FM stations, companies, national and satellite channels to boycott Mika Singh for all sorts of musical activity irrevocably forever and anybody found dealing with Singh, would do so at their own risk of boycott.
