Khaie Last Episode Review: Its too late for Chanaar to realize that he has been victim of revenge game all the time

A revenge game that concludes on a satisfying end

Khaie, the story penned by Saqlain Abbas finally concluded with its 29th episode.

It was good to see a new flavour of drama after a long time other than Saas Bahaho and love Tringle sagas usually airing on almost every other channel. The story plot, acting and execution of Khaie, were equally brilliant.

Zamada fulfils her promise that she made to her mother that soon she will send all her enemies to the graves, and the last nail to the coffin of her revenge is killing Chanaar Khan.

Spoilers ahead! so be mindful of reading the review ahead if you haven’t watched the last episode yet.

After murdering Duraab Khan, Zamdaa’s way is clear to target Channar Khan who is broken with grief yet after burying his son, Channar has to lay his father to rest now.

Channar has no way out other than to blindly trust Zamadaa, who has already dug up his grave.

Zamadaa while offering her shoulder to console in grief Chanaar Khan, gives him intoxicated tea. She knows Chanaar Khan is way too powerful for her to handle.

She tells him that she wants to go to offer Fateha at her father and brother’s grave, and Channar Khan agrees to go with her as well. Chanaar’s youngest son, who is attached to Zamadaa also goes with them.

Chanaar insists on offering Fateta to his enemy’s graves but is shocked to see a grave that is newly dug.

Finding the final chance Zamdaa points a gun at Channar, but it’s too late for the already intoxicated Chanaar Khan to take any action. He finally gets to know he has been the victim of revenge all the time

Faysal Quraishi as Channar Khan gave a mind-blowing performance, his facial expressions were spot on the way he said “ZAMDA KHAN BADA ZALIM HAI TUM.”

Zamdaa fulfils her revenge as she kills Chanaar and puts him in the grave dug next to her father and brother. She is about to kill Channar Khan’s last surviving male relative his youngest son, but her hand shivers. The human side of her stops her from killing the child who had nothing to do with all this enmity.

The story ends on a flash-forward note, Chanaar Khan’s son Aizaz is a teenager now. Zamdaa is shown talking to him at the same graveyard. saying that she saved him to break the taboo of Khaie. She has buried Khaie in the region and has moved to Karachi for Aizaz’s education.

On her way back, Zamdaa sees Chanaar Khan’s ghost talking to her, which freaks her out. But over all a satisfying end.

But can we expect a season 2 of Khaie? As one person has survived from Duraab Khan’s clan!
