The ‘House of the Dragon’ Season Finale has been leaked online!
The final episode was leaked online on Friday, two days before the episode airs on HBO and begins streaming on HBO Max.
According to HBO, the leak apparently came from a distribution partner in Europe, the Middle East, or Africa.
Following the development, HBO released an official statement.
“We are aware that the tenth episode of ‘House of the Dragon’ has been posted on illegal torrent sites. It appears to have originated from a distribution partner in the EMEA region,” the statement said.
“HBO is aggressively monitoring and pulling these copies from the internet. We’re disappointed that this unlawful action has disrupted the viewing experience for loyal fans of the show, who will get to see a pristine version of the episode when it premieres Sunday on HBO and HBO Max, where it will stream exclusively in 4K,” it added.
Episode 10 is set to premiere this weekend, October 23, 2022, at 6 pm PT/9 pm ET.
However, early versions of the leaked episode are now available online while many Twitter users are spoiling the finale for others.
This was the first-ever leak for “House of the Dragon,” as the franchise is no stranger to this issue.
The original series Game Of Thornes faced the leaking issue, especially in the final season.
