Twitteratis claim that the main character of the series is based on the ‘Antichrist’, or Dajjal
Netflix recently shared the trailer of its upcoming web series titled Messiah, which will debut on January 1, 2020.
The series is created by the Book Thief famed Michael Petroni, starring Michelle Monaghan (Mission: Impossible — Fallout) as a CIA agent investigating the curious case of a mysterious man who claims to be the Messiah, and has the “miracles” to back it up, played by Mehdi Dehbi (London Has Fallen).
However, the unveiled trailer ignites a new discussion on Pakistani social media. Twitteratis claim that the main character of Netflix’s series is based on the ‘Antichrist’, or Dajjal.

When CIA officer Eva Geller (Michelle Monaghan) uncovers information about a man (Mehdi Dehbi) gaining international attention through acts of public disruption, she begins an investigation into his origins.
