Ever since the PSL season 3 has returned back home for the last round of matches, the atmosphere for whole nation is electrifying not only for those who managed to get tickets to watch match at Qadafi Stadium Lahore or the upcoming final at National Stadium Karachi but in fact people all over the country are in jubilant mood for the return of cricket to the home ground. For those who can’t go to the stadium, every corner of Karachi has live match screening scheduled at various venues.
Being as happy as we are, Ali Zafar, the composer of official PSL song, took the twitter to share all the happy moments from Qaddafi Stadium, of the first play off between Zalmis and Gladiators
While everyone was in a celebratory mood, Zafar, checking upon Imran Khan’s recent tweet, sought out the former skipper about timing of the comments he made,
But it seems, Ali Zafar did not have an idea about the party statement already been issued by IK for the PSL matches and so the Twitter brigade launched into a tirade.
People sought to school Ali Zafar on the worsening state of the country and its finances!
But all went well by the end of the day as Ali Zafar, acknowledged the gesture made by PTI and its leader Imran Khan. Zafar was quick to post how IK had shown a great game and great gesture welcoming international cricket back home!
No wonder twitter battles are closely watch by everyone, including OYEYEAH. We all hope this year’s PSL edition will end surely on a positive note for the love of cricket and next time whole of the series is played on home grounds.
