#RoyalVisitPakistan: Kate Middleton’s fashion choice reminds Pakistanis of Lady Diana’s visit

The whole world’s focus seems to be on Pakistan as the duke and Duchess of Cambridge have arrived at their 5-day tour last night.

And ever since Kate Middleton stepped out of airplane she has been the center of attraction for her choice of fashion. After having a look at her first day’s dress selection the question which instantly comes in mind that is Kate Middleton paying homage to Princess Diana her late mother in law, with her Royal Visit outfit choices?

Kate Middleton seems to the channeling Princess Diana’s style on her Royal Visit to Pakistan. the duchess looked elegant in a turquoise outfit by Catherine Walker, one of Diana’s favourite designers. Who Diana chose to wore during her visit to Pakistan in 1996.

The first day of the royal’s visit kicked off with the scheduled activity, as Prince William and Kate Middleton visit the Margala trails and a local school. And again what caught people’s attention was Kate’s dark blue dress.

Kate Middleton opted for designer Maheen Khan’s periwinkle ensemble, and she looked stunning as usual.  Yet again Pakistani’s we reminded of Lady Diana’s stunning dark blue dress she wore in 1996.

And the third dress we get to see Kate Middleton changed into upon arrival at the PM House was again a reminder of Diana’s turquoise tunic .

 

While Prime Minister Imran Khan greeted Prince William and Kate Middleton, we all were in awe of her dress selection. She wore a turquoise tunic by Catherine Walker, trousers by Maheen Khan, a scarf by Satrangi and earrings of Zeen.

 

Kate Middleton has already dazzled everyone on her first day of the visit, opting for the traditional attires. Let see if we could catch a glimpse of Prince Williams donning something Pakistani say a sherwani or perhaps a simple shalwar qameez with a waistcoat.
