Zero Picks Up On Box Office Following Christmas Day

Despite being the most awaited films of 2018, the Shahrukh Khan starrer Zero, did not meet the expectations of the audience and critics alike. While there were a number of memes talking about the monotony Zero offered in its narrative, it seems, the film’s collection is getting stronger with each passing day.

Zero has had a roller coaster beginning on the box office. According to figures earned by the film, the first weekend for Zero did not do well despite the buzz around the film. The film saw a major dip in its collection on its first weekday. However, Christmas holiday certainly did well for Zero as it raked in INR 12.75 crore on Tuesday, taking the film’s total business to INR 81.32 cr.

Here in Pakistan, the film has seen a substantial opening, taking its first weekend collection to PKR 6.5cr+. More numbers are expected to roll in as Christmas figures come in, however, it seems, this certainly hasn’t been the Khans’ year in Bollywood and cinema.
