Deadpool 3 has shut down filming amid the SAG-AFTRA actors’ strike!
The filming had begun on the highly-anticipated threequel in May, and it’s one of the first major films to be impacted by the actors’ strike,
As reported, cast and crew suspended filming on Friday (July 14) and joined members of the Writers Guild of America, who are also on strike, on the picket lines.
The fans recently got a first look at Hugh Jackman’s Wolverine on set alongside Deadpool star Ryan Reynolds.
The third sequel of the Deadpool franchise is currently scheduled to be released in cinemas on May 3, 2024.
It’s not clear yet whether Deadpool 3 will now have to move, but it will likely depend on how long the actors’ strike goes on.
