Tom Holland set to be the new Romeo in the stage adaptation of Shakespeare’s iconic tale

The new play directed by Jamie Lloyd

Tom Holland is set to star as the new Romeo in the stage adaptation of Shakespeare’s iconic tale.

The new stage adaptation of ‘ROMEO & JULIET’ is being directed by James Lloyd.

As reported, the play will be running at the Duke of York’s Theatre from Saturday 11 May to Saturday 3 August 2024. 

Meanwhile, further cast of the play will be announced later. 

The Jamie Lloyd Company in a statement said, “Tom Holland is one of the greatest, most exciting young actors in the world. It is an honour to welcome him back to the West End.”



Spider-Man star previously played the role of Billy Elliot at the Victoria Palace Theatre.
