A nine-member Sindh cabinet was sworn in on Tuesday, in a ceremony held at the Sindh Governor House in Karachi
Sindh Governor Kamran Tessori has administered oath to a 9-member provincial cabinet to be assigned portfolios in Chief Minister Murad Ali Shah-led administration.
The newly formed cabinet members include Sharjeel Enam Memon, Nasir Hussain Shah, Saeed Ghani, Sardar Ali Shah, Dr Azra Fazal Pechuho, Sardar Mohammad Baksh Mahar, Zia Ul Hassan Lanjar, Ali Hassan Zardari, and Jam Khan Shoro.
According to a CM House spokesperson, Sharjeel Enam Memon has been given the portfolio of minister for transport, mass transit, excise, taxation, and narcotics.
Dr Azra will serve as minister health minister and population welfare.
Syed Nasir Hussain Shah has been appointed as minister for energy, planning, and development.
Syed Sardar Ali Shah will serve as minister for education education & literacy, college education, and mines and minerals development.
Saeed Ghani will be the minister for local government (LG) and housing town planning, public health engineering, and rural development.
Jam Khan Shoro will be the minister for irrigation and food.
Zia Ul Hassan Lanjar will serve as minister for home, law, parliamentary affairs, and criminal prosecution.
Sardar Mohammad Baksh Mahar will serve as minister for agriculture, sports & youth affairs, inquiries, and anti-corruption establishment.
Ali Hassan Zardari will be the minister for prisons.
Syed Zulfiqar Shah will take office as the minister for culture, tourism, antiquities, and archives.
Allah Bakhsh Dino Khan Bhio has been appointed as adviser to the Forest and Wildlife Department.
Ehsanur Rehman Mazari will serve as the adviser on inter-provincial coordination, meanwhile, Syed Najmi Alam will be adviser on human settlement, special development & social housing, and livestock and fisheries departments.
