Elon Musk has once again become the richest person in the world after earning 55 billion dollars in 5 months!

According to Bloomberg Billionaires Index, Tesla and SpaceX owner Elon Musk, reclaimed the title of the world’s wealthiest person after surpassing Bernard Arnault on Wednesday after shares of Bernard Arnault’s LVMH fell 2.6% in Paris trading.

Arnault first surpassed Musk in December as the tech industry struggled and luxury showed resilience in the face of inflation, a Bloomberg report added.
Bernard Arnault’s LVHM owns brands including Louis Vuitton, Fendi, and Hennessy.

Elon Musk’s total net worth is reported to be around $192 billion.

Earlier on Tuesday, Tesla Chief Executive Elon Musk kicked off a high-stakes visit to China with a meeting with the country’s foreign minister in Beijing, marking his return to the electric carmaker’s largest production hub after three years.

The trip is the latest return by a top US CEO to China since the country reopened its borders and reversed its zero-Covid policy in December. Apple’s Tim Cook visited in March, while JP Morgan’s Jamie Dimon and Starbucks’ Laxman Narasimhan are also in China this week.

As reported, Musk met Chinese foreign minister Qin Gang hours after landing in Beijing.
