The internet was set on fire by Mark Ruffalo when he tweeted addressing Jimmy Fallon host of the American late night talk show “Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon”.
The Incredible Hulk, Mark Ruffalo appeared on the show where he apparently let slip the name of the highly anticipated blockbuster. The 55 years old star already has a credit to spoil the Marvel cinematic universe film names earlier.
After realizing what he did, in his attempt to correct his mistake he quickly tweeted Jimmy Fallon asking him to edit that part.
“Dude it’s too late”, Jimmy Fallon was quick to reply, he informed him that the final cut had already been sent and that they could only ‘bleep it out’.
The ‘big reveal’ was censored on the show. Mark Ruffalo said,“I sort of, in the past, maybe have given up things, spoilers. I basically spoiled the end of Avengers: Infinity War with Don Cheadle, who will no longer do press with me. I’ve been put under surveillance by Marvel. They’ve got a lot of reach in the world, and I’ve learned my lesson.”
Fallon then asks him if he can reveal the title of the film and after some initial reluctance says: he said “Alright, I think I can probably tell you that. I think it’s already out there. The title of the next Avengers movie is *BLEEP*”
For the film world it was a million-dollar worth secret out way before the film release. The directors of the movie, the Russo Brothers were left obvious ‘furious’ and proceeded to ‘fire’ Ruffalo from his role.
Not sure this actually will be implemented or its another publicity stunt! But people are furious on internet in response to all this development.
