Nawaz Sharif took notice of bringing a real lion to the Lahore rally!
As reported, a lion was brought on Tuesday for the Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz’s (PML-N) rally in Lahore ahead of the general elections scheduled for Feb 8.
A lion and a tiger were brought to the camps, set up in the NA-130 constituency to welcome Nawaz Sharif.
However, PML-N supremo Nawaz Sharif instructed to send it back immediately.
PML-N Information Secretary Maryam Aurangzeb in a statement shared on social media said that some people had brought a real lion to Nawaz Sharif’s rally on Mohini Road in Lahore.
According to Maryam Aurangzeb, Nawaz Sharif took strict notice and instructed to send back the lion immediately, on which the lion was sent back.
“Quaid Muhammad Nawaz Sharif has strictly instructed that no real tiger or any other animal should be brought to any rally in Pakistan. The religion of Islam and laws related to animals have enjoined us to respect the rights of animals,” she added.
