NDM chief Mohsin Dawar was injured in a firing incident in North Waziristan on Saturday.
As reported, Former lawmaker and National Democratic Movement (NDM) chief Mohsin Dawar received a bullet injury when his supporters were agitating against the delay in election results that triggered cross-firing.
According to the news source, Dawar’s aides opened fire at the police during the protest in front of the RO office against delay in poll results. According to the protesters, the police started firing and used tear gas to disperse the demonstrators.
However, amid the retaliation, Dawar and four other people were also injured in firing by police officials.
The police said that Dawar, along with others who were injured, were taken to Miranshah Hospital.

“During the firing, four people including political figure Mohsin Dawar were injured. The armed persons present in the demonstration opened fire,” the DPO said.
Mohsin Dawar contested for the NA-40 constituency in North Waziristan and lost against a Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI)-backed independent candidate Aurangzeb Khan.
