Sindh government announced new timings for schools and colleges during Ramazan ahead of the start of the holy month.
According to a notification, issued by the provincial education department, from Monday to Thursday the morning shift in school will start from 7:30 am to 11:30 am while timings will start from 7:30 am to 1:30 am on Friday.
The afternoon shift will start from 11:45 am to 2:45 pm in schools.
While the trimmings for classes in colleges will be from 8:30 am to 12 pm.
The notification added that the afternoon shift in colleges will commence from 2:30 pm to 5 pm.
The first of Ramazan is being observed in Pakistan on Tuesday, March 12.
