The Sindh government has announced that public and private educational institutes in the provinces will not open on June 1.
According to the notification issued by the School Education and Literacy Department, the date for reopening schools will be announced keeping in mind the Covid-19 situation.
According to the notification, students from class 1 to VIII have been promoted to their next classes.
Meanwhile, Sindh government spokesperson Murtaza Wahab has said that the people asking for everything to open up should consider the number of deaths from the coronavirus in Sindh, which has doubled in the last few days before they make any decision.
