Usman Dar's mother to contest polls from NA-71 Sialkot-2
Usman Dar’s mother is set to contest polls from NA-71 Sialkot-2 in general elections scheduled to take place on Feb 8!
The development comes on Tuesday after Rehana Imtiaz Dar’s nomination papers were approved by the election tribunal.
As reported, her nomination papers were earlier rejected by the returning officer (RO) on grounds of grabbing 40-marla land by forgery.
Following the approval, Rehana Imtiaz Dar, the mother of former Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) leader Usman Dar will be up against Pakistan Muslim League Nawaz (PML-N) leader Khawaja Muhammad Asif, who is her son’s longtime rival, in the NA-71 Sialkot-2.
