FIFA World Cup 2022: Morocco Shock Spain

This is incredible. Morocco shocked Spain, knocking them out of the FIFA World Cup 2022, by 3-0 in a penalty shootout!

MOROCCO defeated Spain on the penalties to  advance to the quarterfinals.

Creating history, as Morocco has reach the Quarter-Finals for the first time ever.

It also became the fourth African team to reach the men’s World Cup quarterfinals.

And also the first African side to come this far since Ghana did in 2010 in South Africa.

The Spaniards could not believe they had been pulled into this mud fight and simply sank into the abyss.

Morocco have definitely proved to be the underdog at this years football world cup!

As reported, the Spain coach had made his team practice 1000 penalties ahead of the FIFA World Cup, Qatar. However, they could not score single against Morocco in the shootout.

Morocco will face the winner of Portugal vs Switzerland game in the quarterfinals.

It is pertinent to mention here that not a single team has been able to score a goal against Morocco since Walid Regragui took charge as the head coach of the team on August 31.
