Actress Hajra Khan Panezai opens up about her controversial book, we had never known it existed!

According to Hajra, she had written her memoir titled “WHERE THE OPIUM GROWS: Surviving Pakistan as a Woman, an Actress And Knowing Imran Khan,” back in 2014.

 

The book in question is available on Amazon for those who are interested in reading it for $4.99 on Kindle and $8.99 for Paperback.

A foreword about the book on the Amazon site says: “This is a stunning memoir of one woman’s escape from a deprived region of Pakistan to becoming a successful actress, capturing the attention of the country’s most eminent figure, Imran Khan. A recent podcast interview of the actress brought the revelation to Pakistanis that her book has to offer some allegations about Former Prime minister and PTI chief Imran Khan.

A 14-min clip from the podcast is doing rounds on social media garnering all sorts of reactions to the claims and allegations made by the actress.

 

Hajra Khan Panezai is a Pakistani television and film actress. She appeared in various television plays.

She made her acting debut in 2010 with a Geo TV drama titled Buri Aurat and made her debut in film with the 2018 film Pinky Memsaab.
