Feroze Khan files petition against ex-wife alleging her of submitting false evidence in court

The next date for hearing of the case has been set for November 5.

Feroze Khan has filed another petition against his former wife Aliza Sultan accusing her of allegedly submitting false evidence/documents in ongoing cases related to domestic violence and children’s custody.

As reported, Fawad Khan’s lawyer filed the petition in the Family Court East in Karachi as the court took up the children’s custody and alimony cases for hearing.

As reported, Feroze Khan made an appearance before the Karachi family court on Tuesday and submitted an application under Sections 476 and 195(1) (giving false or fabricated evidence) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, pleading with the court to issue a writ and show cause notice to his former wife for leveling “false and fabricated allegations” against him that went viral on social media.

Feroze’s lawyer addressing the media outside the court’s premises requested the court to take action against Sultan for misleading the court by submitting fake documents,

He added that the former wife of his client had not filed an application with the police against Khan when she was in his nikkah.

His lawyer also took a dig at celebrities for expressing solidarity with Aliza and said that none of these should share their own judgments.

On the other hand, Alizeh Sultan’s lawyer claimed that they have submitted 100% authentic reports in court.

At the previous hearing, Aliza Sultan had submitted photographs, emergency room reports, and a police report as evidence of domestic abuse before the court.

The evidence presented before the court was leaked online, leashing an outrage against the actor, Feroze Khan.

Feroze Khan continued to deny the allegations and vowed legal action against the perpetrators of the “rumours”.

The next date for the hearing of the case has been set for Nov 5.

While the court on the request of Feroze Khan granted permission to him and his parents to meet the minor children on Nov 5.
