Khalilur Rehman’s insensitive comments on Noor’s murder leaves many in disgust

Khalilur Rehman Qamar is once again the target of criticism over his insensitive comments on Noor’s murder!

Qamar’s latest insensitive rant on social media left many in disgust. How come can any sane person pass comments on such a sensitive matter while dragging another issue.

This time he questioned the timing of Noor’s horrendous murder and linked it to the narrative of feminists.

Iffat Omar was among many who lashed out at writer Khail-ur-Rehman Qamar for his insensitive comment regarding Noor Mukadam’s murder case.

“This is the most irresponsible and disturbing statement by this man,” wrote Iffat while sharing a screenshot of the Pyaray Afzal writer’s tweet.

Culture journalist Rafay Mahmood expressed his views saying, “Khalil Ur Rehman Qamar will remain the best litmus test for the showbiz industry’s moral compass. If you don’t call him out for his vile comments about #NoorMukadam you don’t have the right to campaign for Noor or bandwagon on any other issue. The Sadafs are always an easy target.”

Fashion journalist, CEO of TAKEII PR & mediaTehmina Khalid was there to second Rafay Mehmood’s comments, adding, “you are absolutely right!this is something very serious, ppl like #ZahirJaffer are the byproduct of this mindset, where he brutally murders a woman who accordingly to him was cheating on him..in my opinion media needs to stop providing a space to ppl like #khalilurrehmanqamar.”

For other social media users, Meray Pass Tum Ho’s writer’s comments were the most irresponsible and stupidest thing.
