Pakistan’s acclaimed artist Reema Khan joined the Pro-Palestine rally in Washington DC over the weekend.
Thousands of protesters in the US took to the streets of Washington on Saturday, Jan 13, observing a day of global solidarity with the Palestinians.
As reported, hundreds of people walked to the White House, demanding a ceasefire.
In an Instagram post, Reema revealed that “THOUSANDS ATTEND RALLY TO SHOW SOLIDARITY WITH GAZA PALESTINIANS.”
“We attended the rally in Washington DC this weekend, to express our solidarity with the Palestinian people. The rally was organized to protest against the killings of thousands of innocent women and children. It was attended by thousands of people from all over the United States,” Reema captioned her video showing a massive crowd attending the rally.
“We pray for the families who lost their loved ones in this horrific war, and we pray to God to bring peace to this region. Aameen,” veteran Lollywood star added.
