Shaniera Akram calls out those not taking the lockdown seriously

Social activist Shaniera Akram has been vocal about the precautionary measures people ought to take during the coronavirus lockdown.

Of recent, she shared her observation about lockdown violators on Twitter.

“I’m hearing of people catching up with friends, many playing cricket on the street, kids at other kids’ houses, families walking with other families,” she said.

“We are getting frustrated and bored,I get it. But we are in the eye of the storm people, don’t be fooled!” she added urging people to please take this seriously and stay inside their homes.

Shaneira has been taking active part in campaigning for the PM corona relief fund along with her husband and cricketer Wasim Akram.
