Tom Hanks who has turned 63-year old showcased not only his charisma but also a tad good health as he gave a US Army sergeant run for the money at Oscars red carpet.
Dressed in a full tuxedo, the Forest Gump actor conveniently did 20 pushups alongside a soldier of the US army as other military men cheered on the duo.
Evidently, Tom Hanks has a special relationship with the army ever since he played Captain Miller in Steven Spielberg’s Saving Private Ryan in 1999. The movie went on to win five Oscars that year and Hanks was inducted as an honorary member of the US Army Rangers Hall of Fame.
