Bandish S2 Episode-17 and 18 Review: Sameer and Waniya visit same necromancer who is in guise of a spiritual baba

Bandish S2 the drama serial airing at ARY Digital is a supernatural-themed horror show based on black magic practices but with the story progression, we see the spooky elements in the show disappearing somewhere. There are not many bone-chilling scenes in this play. Performances are good. The story hasn’t progressed much in there two episodes. In the previous episodes, we have seen Rabail getting married to Hissam. In these episodes, it is shown that Hissaam’s reality is revealed in front of Rabail’s family.

Rabail is facing a tough time after her marriage as Hissam and his troubling past and traumas haunt him at night. Rabail is being too cooperative, she is doing all that for the sake of her love for Hissam. She even hides Hissaam’s reality from her family. However she cannot help when Hissam sees Minahil wearing a red color, he loses his mind and tries to attack Minahil. Rabail’s family is terrified to see this horrific side of Hissaam.

Sameer and Humaira blame Irsa and Inaam for deliberately hiding their brother’s reality from them. They are not ready to let Rabail live with Hissam after seeing his lunatic side. To our surprise, Rabail is showing unconditional support towards her husband. She tells her family that she knows about his reality which makes them feel betrayed. Humaira manages to bring Rabail home and we see Farahana Chachi is behind this too. Her black magic practices make Hissam let Rabail go with her family.

Sameer is now really concerned about his family and he is kind of convinced that something is wrong with his house. He meets a Molvi Sahab who asks for their used clothes and he tells them that his case is beyond his reach. The irony is that Waniya and Sameer end up going to the same necromancer who is in the guise of a spiritual baba well his looks are nothing like a spiritual person but it is surprising that Sameer falls into his trap, just like Waniya.

Farhana Chachi is into her black magic practices for trapping Minahil for her son Armaan. She tells Armaan to frequently visit her home. Rabail’s condition gets worse Humaira takes her to the hospital. Minahil is home alone when her love interest calls her. Minahil is worried as Hoorain who seems missing rudely talks with him. Armaan arrives at the same time her home, She welcomes him and they find Hoorain in the house. At the same time, Minahil’s love interest knocks on the door and he is kind of surprised to see Armaan at the door. Well, we do not want Minahil’s love interest to doubt her but it seems that it has created a misunderstanding between them.

We would like to see more spooky scenes in this show.
