Singer Shazia Manzoor has been awarded Queen Elizabeth’s Platinum Jubilee Pin!
The Chan Mere Makhna famed crooner, who is currently on a Canada tour, enthralling the audience with her performances, was given the award in a ceremony held in Ontario.
Canadian parliamentarian Shafqat in a recent social media post revealed that the Pakistani singer has been honoured with Her Majesty the Queen’s Platinum Jubilee Pin.
Canadian parliamentarian also posted a set of pictures from the award-giving ceremony with a caption saying, “It was such an honour to host Shazia Manzoor, a recognized and renowned Pakistani singer, and to recognize her for her contribution to art and culture and her commitment to bringing South Asian communities together through her song.”
“It was such a blessing to meet the acclaimed Pride of Performance of Pakistan and to award her with Her Majesty the Queen’s Platinum Jubilee Pin. Thank you for visiting and we hope to see you again soon,” he added.
