Sadia Jabbar Production´s exceptional creation Khafa Khafa Zindagi is growing on us, literally. The outstanding depiction of how broken marriages affect the kids, and the spouses, is escalating with time. Last week we witnessed how Bilal was trying hard to settle things down while taking care of his kids, but he somehow failed. This week things got more intense and distressing.
With empty pockets, Bilal struggles hard to make ends meet. The landlord gets furious at him on not paying his bills and the house rent, the electricity supply gets cut off, water supply is discontinued and what not. To add to the misery, there´s nothing in the house to eat, and the kids almost stand on the verge of starving. We all cried our hearts out when we saw Gulzar taking sips from his sister´s bottle, out of hunger. How painful!
Abid saves Bilal from the misery by giving him some money and suggesting him to start living with his mother, so that he can look for a job. Bilal eventually leaves his rented house and moves to his mother´s place with his kids, where his sister and mother welcome him with their jibes. We had a breath of satisfaction when Bilal and his kids finally had something to eat.
Bilal´s mother stresses him to leave the kids with their mother and even tries to take them to Sara on their own, but Bilal keeps resisting. Will Bilal eventually surrender to the miseries in his life and leave the kids? Will Sara find a soft corner in her heart for Bilal watching him struggle with his troubled life? We just can´t wait for the story to unfold!
