Mein Episode-7 Review: Mubashira and Zaid’s rishta is fixed

ARY Digital drama serial Mein is down with 7 episodes, still, we have not seen Zaid and Mubashira getting together although the story buildup leads to that way. Performances are brilliant particularly Ayeza Khan’s this serial solely belongs to her. In the previous episode, we saw Mubashira share her desire to remarry. In this episode, Mubashira faces another disappointment when her good old friend Umair declines the idea of marrying her.

Mubashira is so full of herself and the blame goes to her daddy as well that he is pumping her false ego all the time. She calls her good old friend Umair at her place on Hi-tea. Her agenda is to introduce him to her father so he can talk with him about their prospect of getting married. Umair to her shock declines this offer not just that he says that it is not possible for her to carry any relationship and listening to that Mubashira gets mad and she kicks out Umair of her place.

Zaid on the other hand talks with his father about Aira but he very straightforwardly tells him that it is not possible for him to take his proposal for a mediocre family he should have taken into consideration their social circle and class. Zaid is really upset. Aira is so stupid that she never mentions Zaid before and now all of a sudden without his confirmation she shares all about Zaid with her brother who is shocked to know about their status.

Jaffar Sahib is really worried for Mubashira as she has taken this refusal to her nerves and she is insisting her father send her back to the USA. Jaffar shares his concerns with his business partner and friend Asif and requests him to accept Mubashara as his daughter-in-law like he is accepting Kashmala. Well, when Kashmala hears about it she should have thought twice about this watta satta thing. Anyways Asif and Jaffar fixes Mubashira and Zaid’s rishta.

Zaid’s world turns upside down when he hears his father fixing his rishta with that arrogant Mubashira. He is not ready to accept this proposal at any cost. He tells his father that he loves Aira only and wants to marry her. Asif is trying to play with Zaid he says that he is ready to accept his choice but on the other hand he calls Aira’s brother and insults him by telling him their status difference. Aira’s brother is now not ready to marry his sister off to such a proud and arrogant family. It seems that Zaid is going to end up with that arrogant and full of herself Mubashira and how they will get along is creating interest.
