Ahad Raza Mir’s Hamlet production at Rose Theater, UK postponed till 2021, the actor informed on Friday on social media.
It was last year in June when The Rose Brampton announced that Pakistani-Canadian star Ahad Raza Mir will perform in a thrilling new production of “Hamlet”, being directed by Haysam Kadri.
“To be or not to be…”, wrote Ahad Raza on Instagram, “Well, unfortunately not this year. The Rose Theatre and I have decided to postpone our production of Hamlet to next year. It’s too bad, but we’ll all meet soon enough to experience the magic of Shakespeare together”.
“Thank you to all my fans for your patience and love. See you at the theater in 2021”, he added further.
In 2019 Ahad Raza Mir’s performance in “Hamlet: A Ghost Story,” at Calgary’s Vertigo Theatre, had earned him rave reviews.
