Alamgir Tareen’s autopsy report reveals the cause of his death!
Alamgir Tareen, businessman and owner of the Pakistan Super League (PSL) franchise Multan Sultans, died of a self-inflicted gunshot, an apparent suicide on Thursday at his residence in Lahore.
The autopsy report states that the bullet hit the upper portion of the head from the right ear which exited from the left side of the head and also damaged brain tissues.
The report added that the cause of death was excessive bleeding, whereas, neither torture marks were found on the body nor excessive use of drugs.
As reported, the alleged death note written by Alamgir Tareen and his pistol have been sent for forensics.
According to the Police Alamgir left a hand-written suicide note before shooting himself in the head.
The snapshots of the note in question are now doing rounds on social media.

Jahangir Tareen, Alamgir’s brother, reportedly received the news during a meeting of the Istihkam-e-Pakistan party.
Soon after the incident, the police team arrived at the site and collected fingerprints and other evidence from the crime scene.
Furthermore, a thorough investigation into the incident has been launched to determine the factors behind Tareen’s suicide.
