PTI leader Asad Qaiser blasted the alliance between the PPP and PML-N terming it as “PDM 2”!
Qaiser while speaking to the media outside Rawalpindi’s Adiala jail after being denied a meeting with the party’s incarcerated founder Imran Khan, said “They should have [some] grace and dignity.”
He said PML-N leader Shehbaz Sharif had a “minority stake” in the elections and claimed that the public never gave him the mandate for the premiership.
“The PPP is telling the people that they are not a part of the government but you are taking the post of Senate chairman on their [PML-N’s] vote,” he added.
Asad Qaiser went on to add that he could not understand what formula Senator Ishaq Dar had which was missing during his previous terms as the finance minister.
Stressing that the PTI will not only rely on the people’s support but will also pursue legal action in the courts, the PTI leader claimed that the party was “made to lose” and that it had secured 180 and 220 seats in the national and Punjab assembly, respectively.
