The Federal Public Service Commission has announced the results of the 2019 CSS examination on Wednesday.
A total of 365 candidates passed the exam, of which 214 were recommended by the commission for appointment to BS-17 posts in the federal government. These include 132 men and 82 women.

A total of 14,521 candidates appeared for the written exam and 372 passed it. Of those, 365 qualified following interviews;
There are 214 men and 151 women among the 372 successful candidates. The pass percentage of the exam was 2.51%.
Note that the candidates have also been allotted service groups. The first position-holder Rana Haider Tahir has been assigned the Pakistan Administrative Service (PAS) group.
