Gold prices record a massive Rs2,200 increase per tola in Pakistan

In the international market, the price of yellow metal increased by $21 to $2,311 per ounce.

Gold prices record a massive Rs2,200 increase per tola in Pakistan on Thursday.

According to the All Sindh Sarafa Jewellers Association, the latest increase has taken the price of gold to Rs241,100 per tola.

The price of gold per 10 grams rose by Rs1,886 to reach Rs206,704.

In the international market, the price of yellow metal increased by $21 to $2,311 per ounce.

The price of gold had declined by Rs500 per tola on Tuesday before bouncing back on Wednesday with an increase of Rs1,800 tola.

On the other hand, silver prices also increased, with the rate per tola rising by Rs40 to reach Rs2,650.
