In the said video the traffic constable is seen helping a handicapped person who is trying to climb a wall. Amir Baig lifts the disabled person and helps him reach the top.
After the video went viral IG Islamabad Muhammad Amir Zulfiqar Khan has announced Rs10,000 cash prize and certificate for the helpful constable.
Taking it to Twitter, the Islamabad police announced the decision and called it an initiative to encourage more police officers for such kind acts.
