Schools across Pakistan have been allowed to resume normal classes from Oct. 11 (Monday).
The decision was made by The National Command and Operations Centre (NCOC) during a meeting held on Thursday, where the forum agreed to reopen educational institutions based on the reduced level of disease spread and the launch of the school vaccination programme.
Federal Minister for Planning, Development, and Special Initiatives Asad Umar has shared the decision in a tweet as well.
Educational institutions were earlier operating on 50% capacity across the country after reopening amid the prevalence of COVID-19.

He announced that it was mandatory for students aged 12 and above to get fully vaccinated by the end of November.
