The Total Solar Eclipse on April 8, 2024, Monday, is set to be a remarkable event for observers in North America, offering a unique and awe-inspiring celestial spectacle.
Millions across North America await to see the once-in-a-lifetime breathtaking celestial event also known as Great American Eclipse Part II.
The total eclipse occurs when the moon completely blocks out the sun. It will darken the skies for a few minutes as if it were dawn or dusk.
The Solar Eclipse will begin from Mexico, and make its way up through North America and Canada.
The total solar eclipse will begin at 9:12 pm Pakistan Standard Time (PST), totality will start at 10:08 pm, and will end on April 9, 2024, at 2:22 am.
This celestial event will not be visible in Pakistan and India.
According to the Pakistan Meteorological Department (PMD), the eclipse will be visible from the west in “Europe, North America [and] north in South America, Pacific, Atlantic and Arctic”.
