Shahnawaz Dahani getting into trouble for his now deleted tweets

Shahnawaz Dahani is likely to get into trouble!

Pacer who is currently in Sri Lanka for LPL, seems to be angry about not being selected for the national ODI team and complained on social media in a tweet.

The fast bowler was not selected for the Asia Cup and Afghanistan series, criticized journalists and analysts on social media for not asking questions about him in the press conference of the chief selector.

“Not even a single journalist or cricket analyst even dared to ask questions or show these stats to selectors,” he said in a tweet.

Furthermore, former captain Rashid Latif had posted the performance data of Pakistani pacers, which also did not include Dahani’s name.

Dhanani also commented on the tweet but hours after posting it, he deleted the tweet.

It was reported that the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) apparently has taken Shahnawaz Dahani‘s tweet into consideration and the legal team will decide what steps to take.

After reports of PCB management decided to investigate Shahnawaz Dahani’s statement on social media, Dahani deleted the messages from his X handle.

Following the controversy, many are of the opinion that instead of posting on social media, Dahani should work on his performance.
