Egypt’s Youssef Ibrahim defeated Pakistan’s Farhan Mehboob to win the 13th Chief of Naval Staff International Squash Championship 2018. The final was held at the Roshan Khan Jahangir Khan Squash Complex, Karachi. Chief of the Naval Staff Admiral Zafar Mahmood Abbasi was the Chief Guest.
The final score was 3-0 as Youssef eased his was to victory. He took the 1st set 11-7. Farhan, put up a better fight in the 2nd set, picking up 10 points to Youssef’s 12. The 3rd set proved to be the final one, as he took the set 11-8. He won, in 32 minutes.
Youssef Ibrahim won US$3,249 and Farhan Mehboob took home US$2,052 as prize money.
